Below is a water damaged soffit and fascia project. Originally I bid on replacing the soffit with the same materials but gave the option of a stained ceiling to tie in with the stained entry door. I found damaged framing inside along with old recessed lights. The framing was repaired and new 4" recessed lights installed. I painted the light trim covers black to go along with all the iron work...
